ARCH GRAPHIC Returns & Refunds Policy

Our 3D-printed products are made to order. Please check your selected model, dimensions, material, colours and personalisation details before confirming your order.

Change of mind and customer-supplied details

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for made-to-order products. This includes incorrect numbers, names, text or dimensions supplied by the customer when we have produced the item according to the confirmed order.

For customer-supplied 3D files, design, scale or fit issues are not manufacturing defects if we printed the file according to the agreed specifications. This does not exclude responsibility for design or preparation work undertaken by ARCH GRAPHIC.

Any material change we propose to the agreed dimensions or design requires your approval before production.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match your confirmed order due to an error on our part, contact info@staging.arch-graphic.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.

We will review the issue and arrange the applicable repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UAE consumer protection requirements. Where the issue is our responsibility, we will cover the necessary return and replacement delivery costs.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

3D-printing finish, colours and care

Visible layer lines are a normal characteristic of 3D printing. Minor colour variations may occur between screens or material batches. These characteristics do not exclude your rights if the item is defective, is the wrong colour, or materially differs from its description or confirmed specifications.

Follow the care instructions provided for your product and material. Damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage after delivery, or exposure to conditions contrary to those instructions is not covered by this policy.

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation before production begins. If production has not started, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount paid, including delivery charges.

Once production has started, we do not accept cancellation solely because of a change of mind, as the item is being made specifically for your order. This does not affect your rights where we fail to fulfil the agreed order or where applicable law entitles you to a remedy.

ARCH GRAPHIC will only cancel a confirmed order for a genuine, justified reason that prevents fulfilment. We will explain the reason and discuss any practical alternatives with you. Changes to the agreed product, specifications or price require your approval.

If we cancel your order, we will refund the full amount paid, including delivery charges, without deducting production costs.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection law.
